Site Overview

The site comprises of two parts.

 

The northwestern part of the site is the now vacant former Mercure Hotel complex which consists of a series of inter-connected predominantly two and three storey buildings with associated surface car parking.

 

The southeastern part of the site comprises of low quality woodland with a clearing located fairly centrally, south of which is a vacant house with two associated outbuildings.

 

Outline planning permission was granted on 31st March 2023 for a Storage and Distribution (Class B8) scheme which would provide upto 30,000sqm of floorspace.
